Petty Snacks Totchos Recipe

This recipe is a classic for a reason, featuring seasoned ground beef and all the essential nacho toppings.

Yields: 4-6 servings
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30-40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32-ounce) bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend

Optional Toppings:

  • Jalapenos
  • Sour cream
  • Black beans
  • Diced tomatoes

Instructions:

Bake the Tater Tots: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake according to package directions.

Cook the Ground Beef: While the tots are baking, cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
