About Us

Petty Snacks began in 2018 with a single banana drawing and a whole lot of attitude. That banana? His name was Bananthony — a petty little fruit with big cartoon energy. Dreamed up by Ethan Jones, a Seattle-based artist with a DIY spirit, Bananthony kicked off a self-taught animation journey that turned one sketch into a full-on universe.

Over the years, Bananthony evolved from doodle to animated YouTube series, bringing along a crew of offbeat, stoner-friendly characters that refuse to behave. In 2022, Ethan linked up with Bryson Bayot, another artist and animator from Hawaii who brought fresh energy to the mix. Together, they animate, voice, and write every weird little scene that makes Petty Snacks what it is.

Now a full-on creative collective, Petty Snacks is all about stoner humor, character-driven storytelling, and art that makes you laugh even when you don’t know why. We make pins, comic books, stickers, playing cards, tees, and whatever else our brains cook up on the spot.

Petty Snacks isn’t just a brand — it’s a world of its own.
Welcome to the snack zone.

  • Ethan Jones

Residing in Seattle, Ethan Jones is the founder and mastermind behind Petty Snacks. After years of running nationwide retailers and a few dispensaries across the PNW, Ethan turned his side hustle into a full-blown cartoon empire, he created Bananthony and launched Petty Snacks in 2018.

What started with a few stickers and silly animations, has grown into a wild world of plushies, original comics, full animated episodes, and whatever else pops out of Ethan’s brain at 2 a.m. He draws every character, rigs the files for animation, and lends his voice to a gang of them.

When he’s not drawing or animating, Ethan’s either swinging a golf club or helping his mom sell her art at Pike Place Market. Creative hustle runs in the family.

  • Bryson Bayot

Born and raised in Hawaii, Bryson Bayot is a multi-talented creative with a passion for music, animation, and storytelling. He first connected with Ethan Jones through trading animations and messages online—sparking a creative partnership that led him to Seattle and into the heart of Petty Snacks. As a key force behind the brand, Bryson contributes design ideas, animation, and voice work, while also handling all the sound effects and music for Petty Snacks episodes. He brings both style and substance to the collective, repping the brand with energy and originality. When he's not animating or voicing one of your favorite weirdos, Bryson plays bass in the San Francisco fuzz rock band Maximum Momentum, keeping the groove alive coast to coast.

  • Bananthony Bananderas

Born and raised in the ripe streets of Pettysburgh, Bananthony Bananderas is the banana that started it all. As the original sketch that blossomed into the Petty Snacks universe, Bananthony serves as the brand’s mascot. More than just a fruit with an attitude, Bananthony is the top-billed star of the Petty Snacks animated series—bringing reckless energy, wisecracks, and wild adventures to every episode. When he’s not lighting up the screen, he’s running on caffeine, hoarding snacks, and making sure the crew stays properly rolled up.

He’s the face, the flavor, and the funk. Long live the king of Pettysburgh.

  • Pauli Colada

Straight outta Hawaii and raised in Pettysburgh, Pauli Colada is Bryson’s cousin and a key player in the Petty Snacks universe. After reconnecting with Bryson through Bananthony and Ethan, Pauli quickly became another driving force behind the scenes—and on-screen. In the Petty Snacks series, Pauli plays the cool-headed enforcer who keeps the books balanced and the crew paid. He’s in charge of tracking down anyone who owes the squad cash, keeping the finances tight, and making sure every online order gets dropped off at the post office. He’s the muscle behind the money—and the guy hauling your package to the mailbox.
